HEY GUYS, I’M LUCIE

Yoga teacher, nature lover and mindful mover

I believe life’s about balance, staying true to yourself and finding joy in the simple things.

My yoga journey began in my late teens…

…when I went to my first class with my mum and she’s still my biggest inspiration. She’s taught me to stay true to myself, not take life too seriously, and always find space for joy and laughter. That spirit flows through everything I do in my business.

What drives me is a deep desire to help others live in a more holistic, present, and balanced way, both on and off the mat. I’m constantly inspired by the world around me, especially nature. Whether I’m walking or running outdoors, that’s where I feel most grounded, most myself, and that sense of connection is what I hope to pass on through my teaching.

My yoga teaching journey began back in 2016…

…when I completed my 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training at Studio One Yoga in the North West with the brilliant Michelle Almond & Maxine Geary.

Over the years, I’ve continued to attend workshops and courses with international teachers including, Taylor Harkness, Leslie Kaminoff & Mackenzie Miller. In 2018 I trained in Yin Yoga with Norman Blair and finally in 2021 menopause yoga training with Petra Coveney. I love learning, growing and sharing the inspiration from other teachers in my classes.

Yoga isn’t just my work…

…it’s a way of life for me. I try to live in a way that keeps me connected to myself, to others, and also nature. I feel most at peace and in the present moment when I’m outdoors, whether I’m walking, running, or simply soaking in the sun.

Outside of teaching…

…I love spending time with my family (mum to 2 teenage boys), going on city breaks, exploring new places, musicals, cooking and enjoying good food and good company, especially entertaining at home.

I cherish time with friends, coffee catch-ups, and my own personal yoga practice. My perfect day would be a long, beautiful walk that ends in a cosy pub with a pint. Perfection!

I can’t wait to meet you in class!
