My Hatha Flow or Restorative Flow classes are perfect for beginners. Both focus on building a strong, supportive foundation in a gentle and accessible way, helping you feel at ease in your practice.

This depends on the location of your class. Some venues provide mats, while others don’t so just check with me beforehand and I’ll let you know what to bring.

There’s absolutely no need to wear anything fancy or branded. Just come in comfortable clothing you can move in, leggings, joggers, a T-shirt - whatever feels good for you. All bodies and all outfits are welcome here!

Yes, absolutely! You don’t need to be flexible to begin yoga, that’s one of the many things yoga can help with over time. Classes are designed to meet you where you are, and everything is offered with plenty of options to modify and adapt your practice to suit you.

Please let me know before class if you have any injuries or health concerns. Ill always offer modifications and suggestions to help you practice safely. Yoga is a personal journey, and there's never any pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right for your body.
