Yin Yoga & Live Music Immersion
An exciting.collaboration between Lucie, Beth & Awen.
We are offering a 2 hour deeply nourishing Yin practice in the stunning space at Charlton Lodge in Knutsford accompanied by live cello, harmonium, voices, and gentle layers of music that move with the practice. It’s deeply restful, subtly moving, and offers a different way of connecting to yourself.
If you love Yin yoga and are curious about being held by sound this is a perfect practice.
