What to expect from my yoga classes:
Inclusivity
Everyone is welcome - no matter your age, experience, or background.
My classes offer a supportive space where you can practice in a way that feels right for you.
Authenticity
I teach in a way that’s real and relatable, encouraging you to show up just as you are. It’s about how yoga feels—not how it looks.
Connection
Through movement, stillness, and breath, my classes help you reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you.
Community
Yoga is more than a class its a shared experience. I love creating a sense of togetherness where everyone feels they belong.
Hatha Flow
The main style of yoga I teach is Hatha Flow a steady, mindful style of yoga that blends the grounding postures of Hatha, the fluid sequences of slow vinyasa, and the stillness of yin. It builds strength, flexibility, and mobility while creating balance for both body and mind.
The pace is slower than a strong flow class, giving time to explore breath and alignment, yet more dynamic than traditional Hatha, leaving you feeling both energised and deeply relaxed.
My classes are accessible to all levels: Tuesday Slow Hatha Flow offers a gentler pace, while Thursday Energising Hatha Flow is a little more challenging and suited to those with some experience.
Restorative Flow
Restorative Flow is a slower-paced calming practice designed to support deep rest and relaxation.
Using props and longer-held poses, the class gently soothes the nervous system and encourages the body to release tension. It’s an ideal way to switch off at the end of the day and find a sense of ease and balance, making it perfect for an evening practice.
Suitable for all levels this class offers a space to pause, breathe, and replenish.

This depends on the location of your class. Some venues provide mats, while others don’t so just check with me beforehand and I’ll let you know what to bring.
-
There’s absolutely no need to wear anything fancy or branded. Just come in comfortable clothing you can move in, leggings, joggers, a T-shirt - whatever feels good for you. All bodies and all outfits are welcome here!
-
Yes, absolutely! You don’t need to be flexible to begin yoga, that’s one of the many things yoga can help with over time. Classes are designed to meet you where you are, and everything is offered with plenty of options to modify and adapt your practice to suit you.
-
Please let me know before class if you have any injuries or health concerns. I’ll always offer modifications and suggestions to help you practice safely. Yoga is a personal journey, and there’s never any pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel right for your body.
