As we begin to shift towards the Autumn & Winter months, Landing Inwards is a 2.5 hour workshop designed to support you in grounding, slowing down, and gently turning your attention inward.
Together, we’ll explore grounding practices to cultivate a deep sense of calm and inner peace. The session will include a blend of yoga flow, yin yoga, guided relaxation & meditation, journaling, with space for affirmations and poetry woven throughout. It’s a chance to pause, reconnect, and soften into the changing season.
We’ll finish with a warming herbal tea and some nourishing treats to round off this nurturing experience.
