Returning to Wales for the 3rd year, it’s a place that holds a special place in my heart. There’s something about the wild landscape, the stillness, and the sense of space that makes it the perfect setting for retreat.

This weekend is all about stepping away from the noise and giving yourself time to land, to move intuitively, rest deeply, eat well, and reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with others. We’ll share blissful yoga, nourishing food, beach walks and dips, laughter, and plenty of time to simply be.

Come as you are. Let this be a space for you to remember who you are - both the quiet and the wild within.

Imagine arriving at a beautifully refurbished farmhouse…

Nestled within 15 acres of peaceful farmland and surrounded by sweeping views of the Welsh mountains…

Wherever you turn, there’s space, open skies, rolling green hills, and the gentle hum of nature all around. Just a short drive takes you to the coast in any direction, so the sea is never far away.

The house itself is fresh, light and airy, lovingly redesigned with a calming palette inspired by both the coast and the countryside. Think soft earth tones, natural textures, and spaces filled with light. It’s serene and simple, with a quiet kind of beauty that instantly helps you settle.

Inside, there are cosy corners for reading, spacious areas to gather, and a warm, welcoming feel that makes it easy to relax. Outside, the land invites you to roam barefoot in the grass, sip tea in the sunshine, or take in the stillness as the light shifts across the hills.

This is a place to rest, to move, to reconnect. A place where you can breathe deeply, sleep soundly, and feel completely held by nature, by the space, and by the retreat itself.

A TYPICAL DAY:

  • 7:30 AM – Early Morning Run

  • 8:30 AM – Wake Up Yoga

  • 9:30 AM - Breakfast

  • 11:00 AM - Coastal walk, Picnic Lunch, Beach Swim

  • 3:00 PM - Tea & Cake/Free Time

  • 6 :00 PM - Restorative Yoga

  • 7:30 PM - Dinner

  • 9:45 PM - Bedtime Yoga Nidra

2 Nights Luxury Accommodation

  • 2 x Daily Morning & Evening including Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

  • Yes — flexible payment plans are available to help spread the cost. Just get in touch and we’ll make it work for you.

  • Absolutely! Many people come solo. You can choose single occupancy, or buddy up with another guest if you’re happy to share. 

  • Not at all. This is your retreat. You’re welcome to dip in and out of the schedule and listen to what you need each day.

  • You’re very welcome. The yoga is suitable for all levels, and everything is offered with variations so you can move in a way that works for your body.

  • Full details vary per retreat, but typically your accommodation, meals, and all scheduled classes and activities are included. Check the retreat listing for specifics.

  • A yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and an open mind! A full packing list will be sent out ahead of time so you know exactly what to bring.

  • Nourishing, seasonal meals usually vegetarian are included. Let us know about any dietary requirements when you book and all dietary requirements will be catered for. 

  • We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy will be clearly outlined when you book, and we recommend travel insurance just in case.
